Mary Jane "Polly" Hogg (1851-1941), daughter of William Hogg, Jr. & Catherine Musick, married Joseph Montgomery "Gum" Farmer (1852-1930).

William Hogg, Jr. (1829-1924) was born in Cooper County, MO, to William, Sr. & Elizabeth M. (nee Kelsay) Hogg. His father died when he was just shy of one month old and by 1840 he and his family were living in Cole County with his mother's third husband, Hiram Messersmith.
Alonzo "Lon" Wesley Hogg, the son of Joseph O. & Nancy Marie (nee Henley) Hogg, married Mettie Ellen Scrivner on November 11, 1906.

"Honest" John Wesley Hogg (1864-1949) briefly served as Presiding Judge of Cole County, Missouri, in 1931.
Clarence Undrel Hogg and Sarah Beulah Farmer were married on August 30, 1916. Both went by their middle names and Undrel made "C" his middle initial to avoid being "C.U. Hogg".

Lucille Lena Hogg was born in Cole County on February 13, 1918, and married Harold Woodrow Jones on November 12, 1935.
Carl Wayne Hogg was born in Cole County on August 6, 1925, to Undrel C. & S. Beulah (nee Farmer) Hogg. He died on May 31, 2014, and is buried at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri.
(left) Virginia Hatler Hogg (1920-2013) was the daughter of Truman Adolph & Grace (nee Russell) Hogg. She married Maurice E. Gjovig on November 3, 1964.
